The flat, which was renovated in 2011 with great attention to detail by Milanese architect Luca Zaniboni, has been given a new look. A small anteroom leads to the entrance door. A large walk-in shower and a separate WC complete the room concept. This room was originally the kitchen. That is why you can still see the iron hooks on the vaulted ceiling, which were used to dry meat. One could almost forget that this flat is located in a historic building; if it weren't for the Stube, or "Stüva" in Rhaeto-Romanic, which has been completely preserved. The flat has a storage room with WC and shower and a cellar. For general use there is a ski room, a laundry room with two washing machines and dryer as well as a fitness room with sauna, steam bath and shower/WC as well as a large garden.
