New and old combined (main residence)

CH-7524 Zuoz

The flat, which was renovated in 2011 with great attention to detail by Milanese architect Luca Zaniboni, has been given a new look. A small anteroom leads to the entrance door. At the entrance there is a hallway paneled with pine wood, from which doors lead almost invisibly to the guest room with bath/WC/shower, a small bath/WC/shower and a cloakroom. Entering the large living area, there is a white fireplace in the middle of the room, separating the dining area from the living room. The fire can be stoked from both sides. In the kitchen and dining area, the large table and the walls are made of Swiss stone pine. The fitted kitchen with stainless steel fronts is by Bulthaup, the appliances are by Gaggenau. The spacious bathroom and bedroom are separated by a large wardrobe, which is accessible from both sides. The washstand is free-standing in the room with an adjoining black stone bathtub. A large walk-in shower and a separate WC complete the room concept. This room was originally the kitchen. That is why you can still see the iron hooks on the vaulted ceiling, which were used to dry meat. One could almost forget that this flat is located in a historic building; if it weren't for the Stube, or "Stüva" in Rhaeto-Romanic, which has been completely preserved. The flat has a storage room with WC and shower and a cellar. For general use there is a ski room, a laundry room with two washing machines and dryer as well as a fitness room with sauna, steam bath and shower/WC as well as a large garden.
